Skin care secrets: Habits to achieve perfect skin

  1. Work out 3x a week
  2. Wash face twice a day and never sleep in makeup
  3. Toner to even out skin's pH balance, removes rest of makeup in your pores that cleanser couldn't reach
  4. Non-comedogenic sunscreen twice a day (more if spending the day out), big hats, long sleeves
  5. Healthy diet with dairies, no fried food, limit red meat, no coffee or alcohol, avoid sugar, take multi-vitamins, drink wheat grass and green tea, eat lots of fruits and vegetables
  6. Drink lots of water, 8 glasses a day
  7. Little to no face makeup
