- Work out 3x a week
- Wash face twice a day and never sleep in makeup
- Toner to even out skin's pH balance, removes rest of makeup in your pores that cleanser couldn't reach
- Non-comedogenic sunscreen twice a day (more if spending the day out), big hats, long sleeves
- Healthy diet with dairies, no fried food, limit red meat, no coffee or alcohol, avoid sugar, take multi-vitamins, drink wheat grass and green tea, eat lots of fruits and vegetables
- Drink lots of water, 8 glasses a day
- Little to no face makeup
